We were booked back in November 2015, for a complete venue transformation which took place at the Marriott Hotel, Leicester.
We were booked by the venue directly to provide a full venue White Draping service as a finishing touch to their Christmas Party in January.
As we work with the venue frequently, we hold the room dimensions and floor plan on file, ensuring that we can specify with ease the exact White Drape measurements to provide full venue coverage.
One of our Projects Assistants put together a detailed draping plan to ensure that the correct Pipe and Base structures were allocated to the job; this ensures that there are no errors on site.
Even though it was an early start of 6am, once on site, our events team worked together to ensure that the draping was installed quickly but securely. This was then hand steamed by 5 team members so that perfect pleats were visible around the room.
As a finishing touch, we supplied and installed White Drape Door Valences and Fire Exit Signs to comply with the fire safety regulations.
