Premier support KFC with their Partner Conference and Awards at Sofitel Heathrow.
With the 2021 Partner’s event being virtual, it was great to be able to deliver the 2022 event for KFC and their partners in-person.
The team at Premier supported the client’s team with all aspects of the event including, delegate management, content creation, event management and AV production using our in-house team of event experts.
Our DMS team managed the attendee journey from the initial invite to guests, all the way through to scanning their QR code as they arrived on site and printing them a lanyard.
Each user touch point along the journey was on-brand to help build excitement for the event. Our new self-service kiosks were used at registration to easily register guests as they arrived on site.
Content & Creative
Our creative team designed and managed all elements seen by the guests, this included animated event logos, PowerPoint templates, video editing and photography. As well as this, our team managed all the content for the event and conducted both off-stage and on-stage rehearsals with the presenters to ensure that their presentations were slick.
During the live show, our producer ensured that the AV team were on-point by providing them with a cue-by-cue run of show to work from.
Our event management team managed the event from start to finish, from venue finding to booking the entertainment and the post event reconciliation of the budget. We liaised with the venue in the build-up to the event including taking part in the food tasing and carrying out site inspections with the client.
The team sourced a number of entertainment options for the event including a charity auction, two bands and a gospel choir. We also designed and commissioned the awards that were presented to the winners on the night.
At the heart of what we do at Premier is AV production, it’s a service that we have been offering since day 1 of the company starting.
For this event we utilised an existing shimmer wall set structure with a lightbox bolo tie that we used at a previous event for KFC. Re-using set is not only environmentally friendly but reduces costs for the client as well, a real win win all round.
