Back in August, we supported on KFC’s Global Ops Summit, which took place in Istanbul at The Ritz Carlton with over 60 attendees.
The DMS Team supported in the lead up to the event, from sending out invites with a custom registration form, to creating joining instructions and operated the event inbox with any queries and requests. They also created an app for the event, which included a chicken chat that was posted on over 260 times as well as a competition where attendees could win points by completing certain tasks throughout the event.
The Event Management team worked with the client to work out an ideal event agenda, and then liaised with the hotel and off-site activities to help bring the event to life. The event consisted of a welcome drinks reception, a two day conference, an awards dinner and a selection of off site dinners and tours, including a private Bosphorus boat cruise.
The Content team worked closely with the Operations Director of KFC Global and the 20+ speakers from the event to help bring their content to life, by designing and tidying PowerPoints, to helping with set and stage design. Francesca was also on site throughout the event to help with onsite rehearsals and was the key contact with the onsite AV team.
Overall, the event was a massive success, with great feedback from attendees and the team are already in talks with KFC on how they can support with next years event!
