Kelham Hall Conference

Premier provided AV support for this conference at Kelham Hall

We were approached by one of our existing clients, Timico, to provide production support for an internal staff conference at the fabulous Kelham Hall dome during June 2017. Timico are a fast-growing IT business with several bases in the UK.

A dedicated production manager dealt with the event from the initial enquiry, right up to on-site management on the day.

We elected to provide a simple 22ft x 14ft white leathergrain set featuring vibrant uplighting and sleek, plotted vinyl graphics. A rear projection screen was mounted behind the set, served by one of our brand new Panasonic 10K HD laser projectors.

We uplit Kelham Hall’s substantial pillars and domed roof using our extremely bright LED floodlights which looked stunning.

We dressed the venue’s existing stage, and provided a complement of white bar stools for presenter use, along with a 43” HD comfort monitor.

All 10 presenters used discreet headset microphones to allow them to move around whilst presenting.

Perfect audio coverage to every seat was achieved with the use of our L-Acoustics KARA line array system, focused on the seating area in order to reduce reverberation caused by the venue’s unique roof shape.

One of our novel CatchBox microphones featured during Q&A sessions to add a layer of delegate participation.

Premier provided complete end-to-end production from specification, construction through to experienced technicians to operate the equipment.
