International Confex 2020

For the first time, Premier exhibited at International Confex in February. Having had a stand previously at the Event Production show we felt that Confex was a better fit for us as a company. The event, held at Excel in London was attended by over 7,500 people over 2 days and had over 300+ exhibitors.

Being an industry event, we knew that our stand had to be impactful and so we designed what we believed would be one of the best-looking stands at the exhibition. With our recent investment in LED Video Wall we decided to construct a stand that was primarily built using video wall. It would allow us to both demonstrate the quality of the product, as well as to showcase past event footage on the wall for potential clients to see the types of events that we support our clients with.

The stand itself was built over a two day period by four of our technical team. A total of 96 standard and 42 corner sections of Unilumin UpadIII 2.6mm video wall panels were used to construct the stand. Processing and Playback control was managed using a Barco s3-4k, Resolume Arena 6 media server rack and 6x Novastar MCTRL660 LED Processors.

To provide an interactive element to the stand we also installed a black shimmer wall with Premier Events logo board and our new engagement product, the ring light booth.

The exhibition itself was a fun-filled couple of days, we had a fantastic time meeting potential new as well as existing clients. We are looking forward to building our relationships with all of these people over the coming months.

We received lots of positive comments about the exhibition stand itself, which was very encouraging, it certainly stood out and helped us to increase our brand awareness. For those of you that missed it, you can see some photos of the stand itself below.
