Custom-tailored AV Designs for Impactful Presentations

The journey began with the construction of a minimalist yet striking white set spanning 10 meters in width and 3 meters in height, designed to captivate attention. At its heart lay a 10-foot projection screen, illuminated by a high-luminosity 10k laser projector from behind, ensuring that every PPR slide can be clearly seen. Personalisation was key; two vinyl-cut logos adorned the outer panels, infusing a sense of identity and brand presence into the space.

 

Sophisticated Lighting and Sound: Setting the Atmosphere

The set was washed in LED uplighting that matched the IAPS brand colours to enhance the visual appeal further, creating a cohesive and branded environment. The audio experience was entrusted to the superior acoustics of L’acoustics X8 speakers, all meticulously managed by an LA4x and a Yamaha DM3, providing crystal-clear sound quality throughout the room, including wireless and lectern microphones, which allowed speakers to interact with the audience effortlessly.

Visual Connectivity and Presenter Support

Visual engagement was paramount. Alongside the central 10k projector, four 55-inch screens were strategically placed to ensure every participant could engage with the content. Presenters were afforded the luxury of a 43-inch comfort monitor, which not only displayed their slides or notes but could also feature a timer, keeping them on track during their discourse.

 

Extended Reach: AV Excellence in Breakout Rooms

The commitment to exceptional AV support extended beyond the main session room. Five breakout rooms were supplied with 3k projectors, 6-foot screens, and accompanying audio inputs, ensuring the smaller, more intimate discussions were as technologically equipped as the plenary sessions.

The backbone of this AV transformation was the dedicated on-site technical team. Throughout the two-day conference, two skilled technicians provided unparalleled support, ensuring that the client’s and presenters’ requirements were met with precision and responsiveness.
