Live events play a huge role in an organisations calendar year, for many employees they are the highlight. But what do events look like in the “new normal” and how do you make sure they are engaging? During the event which takes place on Wednesday 4th November between 10:00am & 11:30am this is what we will be discussing.
Live on stage will be myself, Ben McCarthy (Managing Director), Francesca Horne (Senior Event Manager) and Jon Minns (Technical Director). As a company we had been delivering both hybrid & virtual events pre-COVID but as I’m sure you can imagine have been delivering many more of these in recent months.
Our panel will be discussing how to best organise events that are COVID compliant as well as engaging for the audience. As well as live events, we will be discussing the pros and cons of virtual and hybrid events which is especially apt after today’s announcement from the government regarding events being unable to happen on-site for the next 6 months.
We can’t guarantee ground-breaking new ideas that will revolutionise the industry, but we are absolutely sure that attendees will pick up a number of hints and tips that they can use for their next events.
There will also be a Q&A session where we will be answering any questions that attendees have about events that they are planning.
The event is suitable for people within business who are responsible for organising the company’s events. As well as for anyone looking to learn more about organising virtual and hybrid events.
Attendees will leave having an in-depth knowledge of the pros and cons of virtual and hybrid events as well as some hints and tips for how to organise engaging events for themselves or their clients.
The event is a hybrid event that we will be delivering live from the Premier Studio and tickets are free.
