From an AV perspective, we provided a comprehensive technical solution for the client, including a 20m wide and 3.6m tall set structure. This was split into 3 sections, wrapped on-site with a central section layered to provide additional depth. Stage fascia was used to provide a clean finish to the front of the stage.
Video was covered with a pair of 10k lumen Panasonic projectors with 14ft screens. A Blackmagic URSA was used to capture footage in the room and patch it onto the screens. Presenters had a trio of 43” comfort monitors at their disposal.
The PA system consisted of L-Acoustics KARA and SB18’s with X8’s as fills, all powered by LA8’s. Sennheiser G4 radio mics with headsets were provided for the presenters; these ran through a Yamaha QL1.
Lighting was simple but effective. Elation Sixbars were used to illuminate the set panels and walls of the venue. These were complimented with 16x Chauvet Rogue R2 wash’s and Elation Artists Davinci’s.
The stage was 20m in length and 4m deep and covered in a grey carpet with an acrylic lectern available for the presenters to use.
Our team provided 10x Prolyft motors and 50m of Prolyte G30V truss to fly the PA system and lighting fixtures.
Our content team worked with the client to create a sizzle video, which was played at the start of the event. We also worked with the client to create all of the PowerPoint slides used in the conference element.
Our event management team managed the exhibition which took place in a separate space at the venue.
Client feedback was incredibly positive and the team really enjoyed working on the event.
