The primary objective was to host an unforgettable Christmas party for 700 attendees. We began shaping the client’s vision into a tangible reality through initial consultations. Recognising the importance of theme in enhancing the guest experience, we opted for an engaging game show concept. Guests were invited to participate by submitting selfies beforehand, which were then selected randomly during the event to form teams, fostering a dynamic and interactive atmosphere.
Integrating a high-definition widescreen display strategically positioned to elevate the stage and theme further exemplified our commitment to creating a visually captivating and technologically advanced event environment.
Our event design process involved meticulous planning and visualisation of the event space, conducted in-house to closely align with the client’s expectations and maximise the event’s impact. The design featured a stunning 20m LED video wall, complemented by high-quality lighting fixtures from renowned brands like Elation & Chauvet and SGM Lighting, aligning with the “Family Fortunes” theme.
Our internal collaboration across departments ensured that every detail, including custom-designed gameshow tables, was meticulously planned and executed, affirming Premier’s reputation as a comprehensive supplier for corporate events.
The video component was anchored by an impressive 20m by 3m high LED video wall from Unilumen, featuring a 2.6mm pitch for crystal-clear imagery. This setup was powered by six Novastar video processors and controlled via a Barco scaler and mixer, with the E2 and EC-50 providing the necessary input flexibility and scalability. Content enhancement was achieved through graphic players and dedicated show laptops, ensuring a visually dynamic presentation.
Our lighting design incorporated a blend of wash and beam fixtures to accentuate the stage, alongside Astera AX3s for table centres and Elation Sixbar and Davinci fixtures for ambient and effect lighting. The integration of a new ArtNet > DMX rack streamlined control and distribution, illustrating our technical prowess and attention to detail in creating the desired atmosphere for the event.
Premier leveraged top-tier audio equipment from Yamaha, Sennheiser, and L’Acoustics with a Dante-based system for efficient setup and exceptional sound quality. Including L’Acoustics SB18 and 12XTs, Yamaha’s QL5 mixer, and a 32/16 RIO stage box facilitated a rich audio experience, from background music to live presentations, ensuring clarity and impact across all zones.
A testament to Premier’s versatility as a corporate event agency, the deployment of a 28ft by 24ft black starlit dancefloor exemplified our ability to offer a wide range of high-quality event equipment, meeting high expectations and ensuring cost-efficiency for our clients.
