Content Team Support KFC in Budapest

Premier support KFC Central & Eastern Europe with the Restaurant General Manager of the Year conference in Budapest.

Having worked with the UK and US teams previously, our Content and Creative team were asked to support the CEE team with content management and creation for their annual conference, which took place in November 2023.

This one-day event consisted of a daytime conference and evening awards ceremony in different venues.

Ahead of the event, our team created the PowerPoint template for the event; with this made, presenters could add their content ideas to the slides so that our team could then work through all 300 slides to ensure that they all had the same look and feel and were professionally finished.

Our video editors created rolling content for the screens used during the daytime conference, as well as sizzle videos and animated countdowns for the evening awards. Part of the evening entertainment featured a KFC’s Most Talented competition; our content creators and graphic designers worked together to pull together the submissions as well as create an animated logo for the competition.

Al, our show caller, worked with the client to create a detailed run of the show that would be our running order for both the daytime and evening events.

When the team arrived in Budapest, it was straight to work. Joe, one of our creators, spent the day inside a KFC restaurant capturing footage, which was then edited overnight to be used the next day.

We had a full day of rehearsals, which also allowed us to introduce ourselves to the non-English speaking local AV team who would be taking our direction for both events.

The live days ran without a hitch and the team returned to the UK the following day. We had a great time delivering this event and are looking forward to the 2024 event already.
