Christmas Party at St Georges Hall

Premier provided AV support at St Georges Hall for this corporate Christmas party

Since 2009 we have been providing our client with the décor and entertainment for their staff Christmas parties.

We are involved right from the start of the planning process in February/March, all the way through to the nights themselves. Each year we provide new theming, entertainment and décor ideas for the events and work with the client to ensure each event is fully planned and runs seamlessly.

In 2014 one of the three parties, which take place each year was hosted at the stunning St Georges Hall in Liverpool.

After discussions with the client it was decided that Premier would provide the following for the party:

Outside & Drinks Reception:

• LED Floods illuminating the building and VIP red carpet as guests arrive
• Plasma screens displaying the table plans
• LED Uplighting for the drinks reception area
• PA system playing background music and microphones for a choir

Ballroom:

• LED Uplighting for the perimeter of the room
• Truss box with moving head lighting effects and mirror balls
• B&W cheque dance floor
• Stage and stage lighting
•  L’Acoustics PA system for the band and DJ
• HD cameras, projectors and screens
• Starcloth stage backdrop

 Evening Entertainment:

• Photo booth made from drape and star cloth
• Professional photographer and assistant to print the photos
• Screens around the venue to display the guests photos taken in the booth
• Branded website for guests to download their photos after the event
• Corporate DJ to play in-between the bands 2x 45m sets.

St Georges Hall was completely transformed for the event and the feedback from the client was very positive.
