Starcloth Backdrop, red carpet with ropes and posts hire at the Cadbury Club to create a VIP Entrance

We were booked by Cadburys HR department to ‘jazz up’ and create a VIP Entrance at the Cadbury Club which is located just over the road from Cadbury’s factory in Bournville.

We installed a 7m x 1m red carpet with red ropes and chrome posts for staff to walk down upon arrival. There was also a 6m x 4m black ShowLED starcloth installed. As staff made their way into the venue they could have their photos taken by the paparazzi style photographers on the red carpet and use the starcloth installed as the backdrop which proved to be very popular.

Our 1m LED battens were installed around the perimeter of the venue to add some colour to the otherwise neutral walls. The client chose a ‘Cadburys purple’ colour for the venue which seemed rather appropriate.

A small budget PA system was also installed into the main hall, which was used for background music as well as a radio microphone for the speeches.

The venue had a projector screen but no projector and so we also supplied a Benq 2700 lumen projector, which the client was able to plug their laptop into for the video element of the evening.
