Brocket Hall, Hertfordshire

We were booked by the bride and groom for this wedding reception taking place at Brocket Hall in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

The client had booked the function suite slightly away from the main hall, near the golf club.

We provided one of our wedding DJs who played background music throughout the wedding breakfast as well as playing music for the wedding reception also.

To add an additional WOW factor to the venue we also provided some of the elements taken from our range of nightclub lighting. We used 4x moving head lighting effects to pan around the venue and mounted those onto our fantastic truss podiums.

To add a touch of class to the venue we also installed a black starlit dance floor, it was a 20ft x 14ft in size. This twinkled throughout both the wedding breakfast and wedding reception.

The dance floor was full of dancers for the vast majority of the evening. Highlights included a dance off between the bride and the groom as well as the groom and best man doing a wheelbarrow dance along the black starlight dance floor.

We are based approximately 90 minutes drive away from Brocket Hall in Welwyn Garden City and so can travel their with ease and fortunately it doesn’t cost the earth to cover our delivery, installation and collection costs.

We are able to also provide a wide range of LED Furniture, LED Uplighting, outdoor lighting / building illumination, flame lights, nightclub lighting, PA and lighting hire, a wide range of both black and ivory starcloths, staging, venue draping, red carpets and the low lying fog machine (Jem Glaciator) at Brocket Hall.
