Bringing the Alps to Côte: Premier Events’ Alpine Activations

Transforming Côte’s Outdoor Spaces Across England

Jack and Laura from our Event Management team travelled across all eight sites in three days, setting up stunning Alpine-themed terraces.

Their work included installing fairy lights and solar-panelled festoon lighting, draping faux fur sheepskins over terrace seating, and working with a window artist to add elegant Alpine-inspired elements to Côte’s windows.

Six locations were in and around London, with the remaining two in Bath and Liverpool.

Saturday Pop-Up Experiences

To take the experience to the next level, five of the eight locations hosted exclusive Saturday pop-up events. These activations, held at Hays Galleria, St Katharine Docks, Kingston, Bath, and Liverpool, brought a touch of après-ski excitement to Côte’s guests.

Each event ran from 4 PM to 8 PM, and our team, one event manager and one technician, worked on-site to create an engaging and interactive environment. Our setup included:

Photobooth

A dedicated photo opportunity area, featuring a ski lift, Alpine trees, and a scenic backdrop.

DJ & Entertainment

A stylish DJ booth to provide lively après-ski vibes.

Sampling Station

A sampling station for Sassy Calvados, giving guests a taste of an authentic Alpine-inspired drink.

Atmosphere & Ambience

Ski-related props and outdoor heaters enhance the atmosphere and draw in guests to explore the new Alpine menu.

 

Encouraging Engagement and Atmosphere

The goal of these activations was to encourage customers to dine at Côte, either indoors or outdoors, and experience their seasonal Alpine menu. By providing a captivating and cosy setting, combined with interactive elements, the activations successfully created buzz and excitement around Côte’s offering.

Our team worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless execution, and customer and client feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
