Premier Events provided comprehensive support for planning and executing the retailer’s large-scale conference & exhibition.   • Venue and Hotel Sourcing: We secured the CBS Arena as the ideal venue, offering flexible space and modern amenities while arranging convenient accommodations for delegates, brand representatives, and key stakeholders. By negotiating with partner hotels, we ensured high standards of comfort and competitive rates.
  • Transfers and Venue Liaison: We organized seamless transport logistics and managed all venue-related requirements, including catering arrangements, branding displays, and logistical coordination. This ensured timely arrivals, met dietary needs, and optimal venue layouts for engagement.
  • Supplier and Brand Management: We coordinated multiple suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality results. Through dedicated brand support via a designated inbox and event website, brands had streamlined communications and everything they needed for success.
  • Website Build and Brand Meetings: Our team developed a custom event website to centralise information sharing and streamline registrations. Additionally, we facilitated over 20 brand meetings to help participants refine their presentations and secure prime exhibit spaces.
