Premier supported with the AV Production and Event Management for this Event in September.
Hosted at the Coventry Building Society Arena, this 2-day conference, awards dinner and exhibition was to be the first time that the delegates had met together since COVID.
Our creative and content team created the brand identity for the event and provided 3D renders of the space inside the CBS Arena. Our solution took inspiration from the client’s brief, and Premier designed a vivid event identity of pink neon, which could be integrated across all print, digital and presentation assets.
Initially, the brief covered the Production for the Main Hall and to create environments for up to 6 breakout sessions. Our solution used the vast space of Hall 1 of CBS Arena to create 4 of the breakout spaces with inflatable domes and use existing venue facilities as the remaining breakouts.
The Premier team worked with five different beauty brands to create individual, engaging spaces to deliver the clients’ core training objectives. The 800 delegates attended multiple plenary sessions held on a 12m x 3m stage, with 2 x 20k projectors & 20ft screens. The event logo was projected onto a 12ft diameter screen.
To ensure a celebratory feeling, Premier delivered a party and awards evening complementing the design concept. The team created a different atmosphere, featuring the brand identity of the evening event sponsor. The evening featured food stalls and bars as well as a selection of games and photo opportunities, with entertainment provided by a top DJ.
Our content team worked alongside the main client to help develop their content, create slide decks and create the show running order to ensure faultless presentations throughout the event. Throughout the event, new content was created by our photographer and videography team to incorporate mages into final presentations and a post-event video.
We were also tasked with the management of the 22 stand exhibition area in Hall 2. Our team attended all stand holder and client meetings to manage and collate all the design and H&S information and manage the instal of stand holders power requirements. Our stand design and fabrication team delivered six individual stands for the event as well as a number of other assets across the site.
