    PREMIER SUPPORTED BOOTS WITH AV PRODUCTION & EVENT MANAGEMENT FOR THEIR ELECTRICAL BEAUTY EVENT.

    This event was a 3-day conference and exhibition, hosted in the lower halls of the Coventry Building Society Arena.

    The brief was for Premier to design and deliver AV production, work with 5 different brands to manage content for their presentation and liaise with 17 supplier brands to manage stands in the exhibition area.

    Our Production team built a 11m x 2m stage with a 3m thrust to create an engaging environment for the speakers and the audience. The stage was lowered, which allowed demonstrations to take place without blocking the audience view of the content projected by 2 x 10k HD projectors onto twin 12-foot screens on either side of the stage.

    Our designers worked with the client to reimagine their Christmas design assets and pulled key ideas to create the stage backdrop. The design needed to be relatable to the clients brand, but generic enough to not take away from the other 5 brands during their separate presentations.

    Working alongside the main client and several brands, our Content team helped develop content for presentations, create slide decks and the show running order to ensure seamless presentations throughout the event. We worked tirelessly to ensure each brands presenters and stage were prepped and ready for each show, managing the short turnaround of 5 – 10 minutes between presentations.

    We designed the layout for the exhibition hall based on the supplier brand requirements, and then attended all stand holder and client meetings to manage and collate all the power and H&S information. Our brief included the need for us to consult with the stand holders on their stand design and layout, ensuring the design was appropriate in the allocated location and met their brief to provide demonstrations of their product to the event attendees.

    The Premier Delegate Management team received all the delegate registrations for the event, providing regular client updates to book accommodation.  The attendee database delivered real-time registration data on iPad’s provided by Premier.
