Anniversary Event at Stapleford Park

Premier supported Mosdorfer CCL with their 25 year celebration at Stapleford Park

We were approached by Mosdorfer CCL with a view to providing AV support and décor for their upcoming 25 Year Anniversary Celebration and awards ceremony at the stunning Stapleford Park near Melton Mowbray.

Mosdorfer CCL Systems are a UK manufacturer and supplier of electrical products for use within the electricity supply industry. They are part of the larger Austrian based Knill Gruppe, still a family owned business.

Having met the team at Mosdorfer it was decided that one of our conference packages would suit the AV needs for this event, with some additions on the décor side.

We provided a striking 28x10ft red and blue curved set, featuring a single centre-mounted 8x6ft projection screen, uplit in the company colours as appropriate. This was sited on the 6x2m black carpeted stage, featuring a custom-branded lectern. The stage was lit from the back of the room, and the walls uplit in the company colours by high-power 1m LED battens.

Audio was taken care of by a discreet L’Acoustics system driven by a Yamaha LS9 and Sennheiser EW300 G3 radio mics; whilst video control was via a Kramer seamless switching system for redundancy. The content was advanced remotely from the stage via a highly reliable remote cue system, whilst the presenters were able to see the current slide on the local monitor without looking backwards.

As with all of our AV productions, we were involved from an early stage with the content for the presentation, which included images, animations and several video clips. During the early stages of the event it was requested that we display the photographer’s images from the daytime activities (unplanned) which we completed quickly and without fuss.

During the evening we also provided sound reinforcement for a live act, and background music where appropriate.
