40th Birthday Party

Dance floor, ice buckets and starcloth for a 40th birthday party at Collingtree Golf Course

The Collingtree Golf Course is situated in the heart of Northampton.

Tom, The Food and Beverage Manager, at Collingtree contacted us about hiring a Dance Floor for a Black and White party that was being held in the Golf Course Restaurant. We then got in touch with Tom and asked if we could come and see the venue, and have a chat about what else they may need for the party. It was great to be able to see the venue and visualise what it will look like once Premier Events have put their spin on it!

No black and white party is complete without a White Starlit Dance Floor. Tom hired a 14 x 14 White Starlit Dance Floor to lay in front of the DJ so that the guests could party the night away! Our wired panels were laid mid-afternoon and collect as soon as the event had finished at 1am the following day. We ensured that each panel was cleaned to perfection, to ensure it had the wow factor for the guest upon arrival.

Tom also hired 3 of our Black Starcloths to put around the dance floor area to really show the guests where the party was. The Black Starcloth is on a free standing structure so we were able to manoeuvre it to fit the corner of the room perfectly. The Black Starcloth is one of our most popular items as it can really transform the look and feel of a venue, and it certainly achieved this at The Collingtree Golf Course.

Our handy crew also installed 60 white chair covers for the party. We used Spandex Chair covers to cover the chairs that The Collingtree already had on their premises, by using Spandex it ensures they will fit to perfection. Their client had specifically asked for no sashes as they didn’t want it to look anything like a wedding, so they strayed from tradition and just had plain white covers on all the chairs.

As a finishing touch, Tom hired our ever so popular LED Ice Buckets that were used as Table Centres. This is an incredibly common way to use the LED Buckets, clients often pack them full of beer and wine which is exactly what happened at this party. They were all turned to white and placed in the centre of the tables on top of the black table cloths.

All in all, the room looked great, and the black and white theme suited the venue perfectly. Premier Event Solutions products and services really complimented the vision that Tom’s client had. It was a pleasure to work with them and we are looking forward to the next party there already!
