Experience has taught us that typically an AV production is small, medium or large in size and that the number of delegates, venue size and budget dictates this.
There are 4 main AV essentials required to run a successful conference, awards evening or company meeting. These are the stage & set, audio, video and lighting.
Stage & Set
We have created 9 bespoke to Premier, stage and set packages (A-I).
These are all available with either 4:3 or 16:9 projection screens depending on the aspect ratio of the content that you wish to be displayed.
Each set package is supplied with a carpeted stage, lectern and felted set in a colour of your choice.
Ensuring that your presenters are clearly heard by all the delegates is exceptionally important in the success of an event.
We don’t take any chances when it comes to PA; we only use L-Acoustic speakers and Sennheiser EW300 G3 radio microphones as well as providing a sound engineer.
The amount of lighting required for the event will typically be determined by the size of the set and stage.
For even our small conference packages we include dimmable stage wash lighting as well as LED uplighting for the set itself.
The video element is arguably the most important. It includes the projectors used to display your message, as well as all of the ‘back office’ equipment such as dedicated show laptops and switchers so that we can seamlessly switch between video and slideshow content and provide redundancy.
