Our service is a complete digital solution therefore, although we are based in the UK our digital virtual mosaic can be applied to any event around the world.
SO WHAT IS A DIGITAL VIRTUAL MOSAIC WALL?
Put simply, the digital virtual photo mosaic wall creates a digital mosaic of an image or logo, using photos taken at an event. We create the mosaic and publish it online and the link can be shared with contributors to view.
We can provide different sized digital virtual mosaic walls depending on the number of guests participating at your event and the complexity of your image.
How Big is the Mosaic?
Our team have designed 4 standard sized photo mosaics for corporate and private digital events:
- Small: 18 x 18 photo mosaic (324 photos)
- Medium: 25 x 25 photo mosaic (625 photos)
- Large: 40 x 25 photo mosaic (1,000 photos)
- Extra Large: 60 x 35 photo mosaic (2,100 photos)
Once the digital virtual mosaic has been created, we will share all the images used to put the digital virtual mosaic wall together. Each image will have a unique grid reference which can be used to find the unique tile on the digital virtual mosaic wall.
WHERE DO THE PHOTO MOSAIC IMAGES COME FROM?
Social Media Public Profile – By using an event hashtag we can acquire images posted to Twitter or Instagram that have been tagged with your event hashtag from a public profile.
Social Media Pages/Groups – Invite guests to contribute phots to a private social page or group.
Email – We can provide a dedicated email address that can be used to share photos taken at the event.
Dropbox – Our most popular choice is dropbox. We can provide a secure link which will enable users to share photos taken instantly. The photos are sent directly to our mosaic software and the mosaic can be created.
Text in Service – Our text in service allows guests to take their own photos and whatsapp them to us. We will provide a dedicated number that can be supplied to each participant.
DIGITAL TO PRINTED OPTIONS
As well as creating a digital virtual mosaic that is viewable online, we will also be able to provide you with a printed option. After your event has been completed we will send the hi-res artwork to our local printers to create the actual mosaic alternatively we will supply the hi-res image for you to send to your own local printer.

From the initial enquiry, an activation manager will liaise with you to create your bespoke workflow providing the best solution to create your unique digital virtual mosaic wall ensuring that the final mosaic looks as expected as well as ensuring that there are no issues on the way.
