Whatever stage of the event planning you’re at we’re here to help.

Whether we have assisted in the creation of the event brief and been part of the creative and decision making process from the start, or maybe you have made it this far by yourself, we are happy to assist with any part of the process.

We are able to use our in-house inventory and network of trusted suppliers to source equipment and services for your event, as well as negotiate contracts on your behalf and manage the supplier relationship to ensure that everything is delivered on-time, on budget and as expected.

Even if you have organised your event from scratch; if your event date is looming and your workload means that you aren’t able to put the finishes touches to it, we can help.

Our team can step in and act as a safe pair of hands to put the remaining elements into place, work with you to create an event running order, or provide on-the-day event coordination to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
