Good event design and production is crucial in terms of aesthetics of course, but it is also integral to the flow the event and the effective movement of people around the event space.
As part of the event design process we will typically meet our clients to get a feel for how they envisage the event to look and feel. We find that some clients have a vision of how they would like the event to look and others are quite happy for us to create a concept for them. We are happy to work in whichever way suits our clients.
Our in-house creative team can respond to your project brief with a selection of compelling concepts and creative solutions that fulfil your event requirements. When it comes to aesthetics, event format and guest experience, we know how to create events that really work to deliver your message.
Ensuring that the event production is seamless involves many hours of preparation. Our event managers will work closely with our in-house event production team to ensure that even the smallest of details are boxed off in the planning stages.
Once a final design has been refined and chosen, our in-house fabrication department can begin their work on any custom-build requirements, and our technical consultants will specify all the equipment required to make the ideas and visuals come to life.
We have an extensive array of technical event production equipment available in-house, and also work with our network of trusted partners and suppliers to source every component required, from large scale sound and lighting systems, right down to the nuts and bolts.
As opposed to using external event production companies, by working with our in-house team we find that there is much less chance of elements of the event being overlooked. Our event managers work with the production team on a daily basis.
